Previous Position

Hook Punch (Kage Zuki)

Punch with your Left fist towards 3 o'clock
The Forearm finishes infront of the chest and parallel to the floor
The Elbow will be bent at an angle of 90 degrees
Pull the Right fist quickly back to the Right hip
Make sure the Right elbow is pulled back tight into your Right side
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
