Step Across (Yoko Sashi Ashi)

Turn your head to face 3 o'clock
Quickly step over your Right foot with your Left foot towards 3 o'clock
As you step across, swing your Right arm to your Left to give further momentum to the following technique
Keep your Left hand in the crook of your Right elbow 
Push your Right shoulder and hip forward
Breathe in through your nose
