Previous Position

Straight Punch (Choku Zuki)

Punch from your Right hip with your Right fist, under the palm of your Left hand
Your Left palm will finish over your Right elbow
Your Left hand thumb will be at 90 degrees with your first finger, and is placed down the inside of your Right elbow, pointing towards the floor  
Quick partial breathe out, tense your muscles quickly as you complete the technique and follow immediately onto the next move
