Previous Position

Under Arm Block (Uchi Uke) in Horse Stance (Kiba Dachi)

Step to your Right towards 3 o'clock with your Right foot into Kiba Dachi

Focus forward towards 12 o'clock with your Right arm as you step
Bring your Left fist under your Right arm near your Right arm pit
As your Right foot reaches the Kiba Dachi position, pull your Right fist back to your Right hip and
Swing your left arm around your withdrawn Right arm into an Uchi Uke Block
Your Left fist will finish directly infront of your chin, knuckles facing away from you
Your Left arm will be bent at 90 degrees
Pull your Right elbow back so it can not be seen from the front
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
