Side Vertical Knife Hand block (Sokumen Tate Shuto Uke)

Look to your Right  - 3 o'clock and breathe in quickly through the nose
This technique lasts 4-5 seconds with body tension and power 
Quickly lower your Left fist to your Left hip
Open your Right hand at your Left shoulder
Slowly extend your Right arm and bring it around infront of your chest in a semi-circular motion until the outside edge of the hand is facing 3 o'clock
Breathe out strongly through the mouth throughout the duration of the technique
