Straight Punch (Choku Zuki)

Punch from your Left hip with your Left fist, under the palm of your Right hand
Your Right palm will finish over your Left elbow
Your Right hand thumb will be at 90 degrees with your first finger, and is placed down the inside of your Left elbow, pointing towards the floor  
Quick partial breathe out, tense your muscles quickly as you complete the technique and follow immediately onto the next move
