Side Forearm Scissor Block (Yoko Ude Hasami)

Strike down onto your Right forearm with your Left forearm
Your arms will make a square box shape with your chest
The Right fist will be under your Left elbow, knuckles towards the ceiling
The Left fist will be above your Right elbow, knuckles facing forward and away from you
Quick partial breathe out, tense your muscles quickly as you complete the technique and follow immediately onto the next move
