Low Side Forearm Block (Sokumen Gedan Uchi Ude Uke)

Swing your Right arm forward and down from your Left side, to a low block position, as you step into Kiba Dachi with your Right foot

The striking part of the technique is the inside edge of your forearm
The knuckles of your Right fist will be facing the floor, palm towards the ceiling
Keep your Left hand in the crook of your Right elbow to augment the technique
Your Right arm will be virtually straight
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
