Forearm Counter Attack (Soesho Kaeshi Ude)

Twist your Right forearm in a large clockwise movement  i.e.
Your Right fist will move towards your Left elbow, and then rotate upwards and around until your knuckles are facing away from you

Keep your Right upper arm and Left arm still
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
Turn your head and look to your Right - towards 3 o'clock
