| Twist your Right forearm in a large clockwise movement i.e. | |
| Your Right fist will move towards your Left elbow, and then rotate upwards and around until your knuckles are facing away from you | |

| Keep your Right upper arm and Left arm still | |
| Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move | |
| Turn your head and look to your Right - towards 3 o'clock | |
