Side Vertical Knife Hand block (Sokumen Tate Shuto Uke)

Look to your Left  - 9 o'clock
Breathe in quickly through the nose
This move lasts 4-5 seconds with body tension and power 
Quickly lower your Right fist to your Right hip
Open your Left hand at your Right shoulder
Slowly extend your Left arm and bring it around infront of your chest in a semi-circular motion until the outside edge of the hand is facing 9 o'clock
Breath out strongly through the mouth throughout the duration of the technique
