Stamp your Left foot down into Kiba Dachi |

Swing your Left elbow up from your Left
side, finishing in line with your chin, pointing towards 12 o'clock |

Keep your hands in the same position as
the previous move i.e. Left in a fist, Right open |

As your Elbow rises, bring your Right
open hand up and across the chest, until the back of the hand is against
your Right shoulder, fingers pointing towards the ceiling. |

As the Left arm rises, pivot the Left
fist against the open Right hand until the knuckles are against the palm
of your Right hand, top of the fist towards the ceiling |

Breathe out completely and tense all your
body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move |
