Breathe in quickly through the nose |

Step over your Left foot with your Right
foot towards 9 o'clock |

Do not raise your body up in height -
keep your knees bent |

As you step across, bring your Left arm
back across infront of your body towards your Right into a lower forearm
block |

Keep the Right hand were it was in the
previous position but open the hand |
 |
Strike the inside of the Left elbow into
the joint of the Right hand between the thumb and first finger as the Left
arm travels across the body, |
 |
The fingers of your Right hand will be
above your Left forearm at the elbow |
 |
Breathe out quickly through the mouth |
