Previous Position

Low Outside Forearm Block (Gedan Soto Ude Uke)

Breathe in quickly through the nose
Step over your Left foot with your Right foot towards 9 o'clock
Do not raise your body up in height - keep your knees bent
As you step across, bring your Left arm back across infront of your body towards your Right into a lower forearm block  
Keep the Right hand were it was in the previous position but open the hand
Strike the inside of the Left elbow into the joint of the Right hand between the thumb and first finger as the Left arm travels across the body, 
The fingers of your Right hand will be above your Left forearm at the elbow
Breathe out quickly through the mouth
