Bring your Left foot into your Right foot and straighten your legs
Turn you head to your Left (9 o'clock)
Raise both fists upwards until the elbows are pointing to the side, forearms horizontal and knuckles facing each other, about 8-10 inches apart
Start quickly but increase the tension of the muscles and slow down towards the end of the move
Breath in through the nose
