Breathe in quickly through the nose |

Step over your Right foot with your Left
foot towards 3 o'clock |

Do not raise your body up in height -
keep your knees bent |

As you step across, bring your Right arm
back across infront of your body towards your Left into a lower forearm
block |

Keep the Left hand were it was in the
previous position but open the hand |
 |
Strike the inside of the Right elbow into
the joint of the Left hand between the thumb and first finger as the Right
arm travels across the body, |
 |
The fingers of your Left hand will be
above your Right forearm at the elbow |
 |
Breathe out quickly through the mouth |
