Augmented Side Block (Soete Sokumen Uke)

Swing your Left arm around towards 10.30.  This is a variation of the Uchi Ude Uke technique
Keep the Right open hand against the Left fist as if it is pushing the Left fist into position (Augmenting the block)
As the Left fist begins to reach 10.30, slide the Right open hand down the side of the Left forearm, until the tip of the middle finger is on the Left wrist, level with the bottom of the fist
The Left hand knuckles are facing away from you
Breathe out quickly through the mouth
