Kick forward with the Right foot towards 12 o'clock to head height (Jodan)
This can also be performed as a preparation for a stamping kick (Fumikomi)
Move the Left fist above the Right shoulder in preparation for the next technique
Keep the Right fist on the Right hip, elbow tight into your side
Breathe out partially and step down towards 9 o'clock into Kiba Dachi
