| Stamp your Right foot down into Kiba Dachi | |
| Swing your Right elbow up from your Right side, finishing in line with your chin, pointing towards 12 o'clock | |
| Keep your hands in the same position as the previous move i.e. Right in a fist, Left open | |
| As your Elbow rises, bring your Left open hand up and across the chest, until the back of the hand is against your Left shoulder, fingers pointing towards the ceiling. | |
| As the Right arm rises, pivot the Right fist against the open Left hand until the knuckles are against the palm of your Left hand, top of the fist towards the ceiling | |
| Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move |
