Side Block (Sokumen Uke Doji) Stamping Kick (Fumikomi)

Bring the Left leg down hard into Kiba Dachi
Strike towards 9 o'clock with both fists
The Left fist finishes at shoulder height, knuckles facing the ceiling, palm facing away from you
Make sure your Left wrist is straight and Left elbow is bent  at just over 90 degrees
Your Right arm finishes infront of your body, just above your belt, not fully extended
Your Right fist  is pointing towards 9 o'clock
 Breathe out quickly through the mouth
