| Bring the Left leg down hard into Kiba Dachi | |
| Strike towards 9 o'clock with both fists | |
| The Left fist finishes at shoulder height, knuckles facing the ceiling, palm facing away from you | |
| Make sure your Left wrist is straight and Left elbow is bent at just over 90 degrees | |
| Your Right arm finishes infront of your body, just above your belt, not fully extended | |
| Your Right fist is pointing towards 9 o'clock | |
| Breathe out quickly through the mouth |
