Previous Position

Low Outside Forearm Block (Gedan Soto Ude Uke)

Breathe in quickly through the nose
Step over your Right foot with your Left foot towards 3 o'clock
Do not raise your body up in height - keep your knees bent
As you step across, bring your Right arm back across infront of your body towards your Left into a lower forearm block  
Keep the Left hand were it was in the previous position but open the hand
Strike the inside of the Right elbow into the joint of the Left hand between the thumb and first finger as the Right arm travels across the body, 
The fingers of your Left hand will be above your Right forearm at the elbow
Breathe out quickly through the mouth
