Side Block (Sokumen Uke Doji) Stamping Kick (Fumikomi)

Bring the Right leg down hard into Kiba Dachi
Strike towards 3 o'clock with both fists
The Right fist finishes at shoulder height, knuckles facing the ceiling, palm facing away from you
Make sure your Right wrist is straight and Right elbow is bent  at just over 90 degrees
Your Left arm finishes infront of your body, just above your belt, not fully extended
Your Left fist  is pointing towards 3 o'clock
 Breathe out quickly through the mouth
