Double Elbow Raise (Ryo Hiji Harai Age) in Cross Leg Stance (Kosa Dachi)

Application

Turn you head to your Right (3 o'clock)
At the same time, move your Left foot quickly over your Right
Place the ball of your Left foot down on the floor to the Right of your Right foot
Raise both fists upwards until the elbows are pointing to the side, forearms horizontal and knuckles facing each other, about 8-10 inches apart
Start quickly but increase the tension of the muscles and slow down towards the end of the move
Breath in through the nose  
Put the heel of the Left foot down and carry on into the next technique
