Back into Yamae

| Move the Right foot into the Left Foot - Feet together | |
| Bring the Right hand back infront of your body and place the Left hand over it | |
| Both the arms and legs should be straight | |
| The hands should point towards the floor and at a distance of approximately 18 inches away from the body | |

| When the Instructor says Yamae, step back into the ready position by moving the Right foot away from the left towards 3 o'clock, cross your arms infront of you and bring them back to rest slightly infront of your body | |
