Side Angle

Keep the arms in the same position as the previous technique
Turn your head to face towards your Right 
Pull your Right foot up quickly into your Left inner thigh
Do not transfer your weight over your Left leg.  Pull your foot up to your Left thigh and then down again into the next technique without excessive movement of the upper body
Breathe in through your nose
