Breathe in through your nose
Bring your Left arm under your Right arm towards the armpit area
Focus towards 9 o'clock with your Right arm
Slowly bring your Left arm around your Right arm, finishing with your arm straight and pointing towards 9 o'clock
The Left hand is open with the palm facing 12 o'clock
As your Left arm moves around, slowly bring your Right fist across your chest and back to your Right hip
Pull the Right elbow back into your side so it can not be seen from the front
Breathe out slowly and powerfully throughout the technique which should last 3-4 seconds
