As your Right foot reaches its Kiba Dachi position, swing your Left arm around in an clockwise direction towards your Right, blocking with the forearm or side of the fist
The Left arm will face towards 2 o'clock and be bent 90 degrees at the elbow
Keep the Right fist under the elbow of the Left arm to augment the technique
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
Carry on to the next move without pause
