Inside Leg block ( Nami Ashi)

Application

Keep the arms in the same position as the previous technique
Turn your head to face towards your Left 
Pull your left foot up quickly into your Right inner thigh
Do not transfer your weight over your Right leg.  That is the easy way out.  Pull your foot up to your Right thigh and then down again into the next technique without excessive movement of the upper body
Breathe in through your nose
