Hip block (Koshi Gamae)

Bring your Right Fist back to your Right hip, knuckles facing towards the floor
Pull the elbow back so it is not visible from the front
Pull your Left fist back quickly to your Right hip, resting on the top of your Right fist.  The Thumb side of the fist will be facing the ceiling
Turn your head quickly to face 9 o'clock
Quick partial breathe out and follow immediately onto the next move
