| Turn your head to your Right (3 o'clock) | |
| Bring your Left Fist back to your Left hip, knuckles facing towards the floor | |
| Pull the elbow back so it is not visible from the front | |
| Pull your Right fist back quickly to your Left hip, resting on the top of your Left fist. The Thumb side of the fist will be facing the ceiling | |
| Turn your head quickly to face 3 o'clock | |
| Quick partial breathe out and follow immediately onto the next move |
