Hip block (Koshi Gamae)

 
Bring your Left Fist back to your Left hip, knuckles facing towards the floor
Pull the elbow back so it is not visible from the front
Pull your Right fist back quickly to your Left hip, resting on the top of your left fist.  The Thumb side of the fist will be facing the ceiling
Turn your head quickly to face 3 o'clock
Quick partial breathe out and follow immediately onto the next move
