Side Elbow Strike (Sokumen Empi)

 
Swing your Right elbow forward towards 9 o'clock into your Left open hand
Make sure the Elbow strikes the Hand rather than the Hand striking the Elbow

The Left elbow is bent to 90 degrees and the arms parallel to the floor

Do not twist the Right hip too far forward as this will disrupt the Kiba Dachi stance
Quick partial breathe out and follow immediately onto the next move
