Breathe in through your nose |

Bring your Left arm under your Right arm
towards the armpit area |

Focus towards 9 o'clock with your Right
arm |

Slowly bring your Left arm around your
Right arm, finishing with your arm straight and pointing towards 9 o'clock |

The Left hand is open with the palm
facing 12 o'clock |
 |
As your Left
arm moves around, slowly bring your Right fist across your chest and back
to your Right hip |
 |
Pull the Right
elbow back into your side so it can not be seen from the front |
 |
Breathe out
slowly and powerfully throughout the technique which should last 3-4
seconds |
