Side Angle

Turn you head to your Right (3 o'clock)
At the same time, move your Left foot quickly over your Right
Your Left foot will finish about 2-3 inches off the floor with the base of the foot facing towards 3 o'clock
Breath in sharply through the nose  
Pause in this position slightly before putting the Left foot down to the right of the Right foot
