| As you step forward, keep your Left arm straight, palm facing the floor. Keep your Right fist at your side just on your belt area. | |
| Push your Left hip forward as you step to give yourself more right side hip rotation at the completion of the move | |
| Do not step in a straight line as this will make your stance very narrow - step out to the 1.30 clock position | |
