| Push your Right hip and shoulder forward into the direction of the block | |
| As you step forward, bring your Right arm across infront of your body, keeping your Left fist against the elbow | |
| The block should finish with your fist directly infront of your chest and no higher than the shoulder | |
| The Left forearm should be parallel to the floor, forming a 90 degree angle with the Right forearm | |
| Step forward to the 7.30 clock position into front stance | |
