Previous position

Front Snap Kick (Mae Geri)

Feet Position on Diagram Facing Screen

Bring your Left knee forward and up so that it points at where you will be kicking (stomach height - Chudan) 
Keep your arms still - it will be tempting to move them to the side
Kick with the ball of your foot remembering to pull the toes back out of the way
Bring the foot back to the supporting knee and step forward in to front stance
The next move is performed as this foot reaches the floor
