Previous position

Bring your Left leg Across into Front Stance (Zenkutsu Dachi) Reverse Under Arm Block (Uchi Uke)

Turn your head to the left towards the attack from the 6 o'clock position
Bring your Left foot across to the 4.30 clock position, landing in a wide front stance.  

As you bring your Left leg across, straighten your Left arm in the direction of the attack and bring your Right fist under the Left arm near the arm pit.  
Bring your Right fist forward and AROUND your left arm - which you should pull back quickly to your left hip.  Push your Right hip forward.  This part of the technique all happens as - and not after - the Left foot reaches the front stance position.
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
