Step Forward in Front Stance 45 degrees (Zenkutsu Dachi) and Block upwards (Age Uke) with your Right Fist

Turn your head slightly to the right towards the next attack coming at 45 degrees (10.30 clock position)
Bring your Left arm forward and upward in the direction of the block, your hand in line with your forehead
As you step forward, keep your Left arm straight, palm facing the floor.  Keep your Right fist at your side just on your belt area.  
Push your Left hip forward - Right hip back
Do not step in a straight line as this will make your stance very narrow - step out to the 12 o'clock position landing in a wide front stance, still facing 10.30

As your Right foot touches the finish position, bring with your Right fist  quickly from your hip, diagonally across your chest to finish slightly above and about 6 inches infront of your forehead, palm facing away from you
Make sure your front leg is bent with your knee over your toes, and your back leg is straight and locked
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
