Bring your Right fist to your left shoulder and place your first two knuckles of the Left fist against the side of the Right elbow
Push your Right hip and shoulder forward into the direction of the block
As you step forward, bring your Right arm across infront of your body, keeping your Left fist against the elbow 
The block should finish with your fist directly infront of your chest and no higher than the shoulder
The Left forearm should be parallel to the floor, forming a 90 degree angle with the Right forearm
Step forward to the 7.30 clock position into front stance

Make sure your Right knee is over your right toes
Do not lean forward
The completion of the block should be as your Right foot touches the floor
Breathe out completely and tense all your body muscles for a brief moment on the completion of the move
