Previous Position

Front Kick (Mae Geri)

Kick forward with your Left leg towards 1.30

Make sure you pull your toes back so you hit the target area with the ball of the foot
Keep your Right hand forward and the Left fist on your Left hip.  Do not allow your elbows to stick out to the sides
After the kick, do not step forward, pull your Left foot back to the previous Front Stance  position
Breathe out partially - follow on to the next move immediately
