| Kick forward with your Right leg towards 10.30 | |

| Make sure you pull your toes back so you hit the target area with the ball of the foot | |
| Keep your Left hand forward and the Right fist on your Right hip. Do not allow your elbows to stick out to the sides | |
| After the kick, do not step forward, pull the Right foot back to the previous Front Stance position | |
| Breathe out partially - follow on to the next move immediately | |
