Moving into Gedan Barai
- An opponent grabs your shoulders from behind.
- Push backwards into your attacker with your Right
leg and bring your Right arm around in an anti clock wise direction, over and around
their arms to your shoulder.
- As you push into him, bring your Right arm down
strongly breaking their grip.
- He grabs your wrist.
- You pull your arm and leg back pulling him off
balance to release the grip.
- Bring your arm around in a circular motion to
strike him on the nose / collar bone.
- Step forward and punch to the face / throat.
